Building Strong and Everlasting Relationships: PT AM/NS Indonesia Welcomes Customer Visits

At AM/NS Indonesia, we hold our customers in high regard and strive to maintain professional, mutually beneficial relationships. This principle aligns with our business strategy to become a trusted partner in distributing and marketing our steel products across Indonesia. One effective approach to strengthening our relationships with customers is to warmly welcome customers to our facility for informative visits.
 
On Friday, March 25th, 2025, we were pleased to host a visit from one of our loyal customers, PT Cahaya Benteng Mas (CBM), who requested a comprehensive overview of our galvanized products. The visit was attended by thirty representatives from PT CBM and all eager to delve deeper into our operations. The event commenced at 10:00 AM with Mr. Shireesh Sharma as Chief Marketing Office (CMO) and Mr. Poedji Widodo as management representative of AM/NS Indonesia, providing an overview of our production processes and product knowledge at the Training Center. Prior the plant visit, Mr. Galih from HSE department conducted a safety induction. His comprehensive presentation underscored our commitment to safety, reinforcing the importance of these values in every aspect of our operation. After these informative sessions, the participants were invited to embark on a guided tour of our factory to observe our production facilities firsthand and the dynamic processes that shape our steel products.

Throughout the event, Mr. Poedji, as the event host and company representative, was supported by the AM/NS Indonesia team, which included Mrs. Maesella and Ms. Dinda from Sales and Marketing, Mr. Galih from the HSE department, and Mrs. Dyah and Mr. Tarmuji representing HRGA. The event concluded at 3:00 PM with a group photograph featuring representatives from both PT CMB and AM/NS Indonesia. In addition to delivering product knowledge, AM/NS Indonesia emphasized the importance of sustained interactions, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
 
Through this proactive approach, we aim to enhance customer loyalty and establish long-term relationships that contribute positively to our business objectives as well as reinforcing our position as a leading partner in Indonesia’s steel industry.
